?1、Assist?department?managers?to?complete?annual?recruitment?plan,?and
modify?recruitment?system?and?procedure.
?協(xié)助部門經(jīng)理完成公司年度招聘計劃并不斷優(yōu)化招聘體系、流程;
?2、Assist?department?managers?to?create,?modify,?implement?all?HR?management
policy,?answer?employees’?questions?and?constantly?improve?the?policy.
?協(xié)助部門經(jīng)理編制、修訂、推行各項人力資源管理制度,為員工答疑解惑并提出相關(guān)意見不斷完善管理機(jī)制;
?3、Assist?department?managers?to?modify?HR?environment,?coordinate
internal?relationship,?deal?with?employee?complaints?and?labor?dispute,?to
create?a?smooth?communication?system.
?協(xié)助部門經(jīng)理優(yōu)化人力資源環(huán)境,協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部關(guān)系,處理員工投訴和勞動糾紛,建立順暢的溝通機(jī)制;
?4、In?charge?of?employee?on?board,?resignation,?transfer,?contract
renewal?etc.?standard?procedure,?social?insurance?and?benefit,?and?housing
funds?issues.
?負(fù)責(zé)執(zhí)行公司員工入離職、轉(zhuǎn)正、合同續(xù)簽等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化流程操作及社會保險和公積金的辦理;
?5、In?charge?of?employee?filing?system,?implement?standardized
management,?complete?and?update?employee?personal?information?and?material.
?負(fù)責(zé)完善公司員工檔案,執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理,完善員工個人信息和資料的統(tǒng)計和更新;
?6、In?charge?of?employee?monthly?attendance?data?collection?and?review,
including?vacation,?sick?leave?etc.?calculate?employee?salary.
?負(fù)責(zé)員工月度考勤數(shù)據(jù)收集整理審核,包括休假、病假等的統(tǒng)計,計算員工工資。
?7、Other?HR?related?issues.
?其他人事相關(guān)的事宜。

?Requirement
?任職資格
?
?1、Bachelor’s?Degree?in?Human?Resources?Management,?Business
Administration?or?related?disciplines.
?人力資源管理、工商管理或行政文秘等相關(guān)專業(yè);
?2、3-5?years?working?experience,?experience?in?architectural?design
company?will?be?a?plus.
?3-5工作經(jīng)驗,具有建筑行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化實操經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先考慮;
?3、Be?honest?and?integrity,?self-motivated?and?with?high?sense?of?responsibility.
